The Six Sigma Wizard is designed to provide Six Sigma practitioners (Green Belts, Black Belts, Master Black Belts, Champions, and project teams) with the resources they need to be successful.

Description
The Wizard is a web-based, interactive system that provides instant access to vast amounts of easily searchable Six Sigma information. The information is presented in multiple formats to suit each user's individual needs. Watch a lecture with full audio, research written text, take a quiz to test your knowledge, and if all else fails, ask one of the on-line Master Black Belts for help.

How the System Works
The information available to users is virtually unlimited. You will find information on almost any Six Sigma related topic, including advanced Master Black Belt topics. You will also find Minitab Macros, checklists, Champion reference material, and related information on Lean Manufacturing, TRIZ, and other related methodologies.

Find Information Quickly
Users log-on to the Wizard Home Page where they encounter several ways to quickly locate the information they need. They can do a global search of the site, or they can refer to the Six Sigma interactive matrix which provides links based on subject area (e.g., process mapping) or they can ask the on-line Master Black Belts for help.

Discussion
Discussion forums have been set up to allow Six Sigma practitioners to discuss among themselves. Wizard staff will also participate as appropriate.

    Licensing
    Users require a one-year license to the Wizard that entitles them to unlimited access and support. Licenses are normally sold on a site-basis based on the number of Six Sigma practitioners. Each user receives an individual user name and password.

    Live Support
    Master Black Belts are available every work day online to answer questions. Users simply enter the help-center, introduce themselves, and state the nature of their question. The Master Black Belt most qualified to help the user will then redirect the user to his or her virtual office. Once in the office, the conversation is completely private. At the end of the session, users can print a complete transcript of their conversation.
