Transactional ToolMaster™ Workshop
Transactional business processes are fast becoming a principal target of Six Sigma projects. While most often applied in manufacturing environments, many companies have discovered that there is tremendous opportunity to apply Six Sigma tools and methods to business processes as well. The nature of business processes however, can be vastly different than manufacturing processes. The environment in which Black Belts work can also be very different. Some of the challenges Black Belts may face include a lack of historical data, a support team with little or no process maturity, restriction to attribute data, and more challenging project valuations, to name a few.
The Transactional ToolMaster Workshop is a five-day course designed to compliment traditional Black Belt training by providing Black Belts with the additional tools they’ll need to effectively tackle transactional problems.

Who Should Attend this Workshop?
This program is ideal for practicing Black Belts and Master Black Belts that have the desire or need to extend their knowledge and problem solving capability to the transactional environment. It is also a great preparatory workshop for potential Six Sigma instructors. In addition, any Black Belt or Master Black Belt responsible for training, mentoring, and/or supporting other Black Belts or Green Belts should attend. This course is a core requirement of BMG’s Master Black Belt Development Program.
