Train the Trainer Workshop
Train-the-Trainer is BMG’s most popular course. It is a fun and remarkably valuable course for anyone coaching or instructing Six Sigma professionals. The course is also a core requirement of BMG’s Master Black Belt Development Program because it provides critical instruction and practice in the delivery of Six Sigma training. While much of the course is similar in content to traditional train-the-trainer programs, the curriculum is highly tailored to meet the needs of Six Sigma instructors. Students will also take home a video of their trial teaching sessions.

The five-day program, which focuses on the Adult Learning Process, is built around the “Three Wheels of Mastery,” that are essential for motivating others to apply Six Sigma on the job and for enhancing and accelerating their learning process. The three wheels are:

Planning & Presenting
Learn tips for clearly and efficiently presenting ideas and concepts, as well as how to prevent problems before they occur.

Engaging & Facilitating
Learn strategies for engaging the hearts and minds of others and how to manage group dynamics (in training sessions, as well as in meetings).
