Six Sigma Training from BMG Thailand

Six Sigma Master Black Belt Development Program
Master Black Belts are the cornerstone of a successful Six Sigma deployment. And the development of Master Black Belts is a critical element of the Six Sigma implementation plan. Becoming a Master Black Belt involves a great deal more than just learning advanced statistical techniques. It involves acquiring the skills to be a leader and a powerful change agent.

BMG offers the most comprehensive suite of Advanced Six Sigma Training courses available. Our Master Black Belt Development Program arms graduates with all the skills necessary to perform any of the four primary roles of Teacher, Coach, Project Worker, and Champion. Successful candidates graduate from BMG’s Master Black Belt development program after they have completed the following:

  • Completion of four of BMG's Advanced Courses for Black Belts
  • Submission of three Six Sigma projects to BMG's Master Black Belt Certification Committee
  • Submission of a paper to a periodical or delivery at a public seminar
  • A score of 90% or better on BMG’s Six Sigma Master Black Belt Examination
  • Co-teaching from four to 20 hours (dependent on prior Six Sigma instructional experience)
  • Nomination by a team representing BMG and a Client using BMG’s certification standards.

To get started, candidates select four of the Advanced Courses for Master Black Belt Development below as their primary course curriculum

    • ToolMaster Workshop: (5 days) An in-depth review of D-M-A-I-C plus advanced Six Sigma training in statistical applications, seen in both manufacturing and transactional applications.

    • Transactional ToolMaster Workshop: (5 days) A week of study in tools for transactional projects and the understanding of the dynamics of transactional projects.

    • Train-the-Trainer Workshop: (5 days) A program designed to teach Black Belts the skills necessary to become internal trainers so they may teach Six Sigma to others.

    • Change Leadership Workshop: (5 days) A program that focuses on the leadership aspects of Six Sigma, including the major elements of driving change in an organization.

    • Lean Thinking in Six Sigma Workshop: (4 days) A program designed to show participants how to integrate Lean with Six Sigma, and how to maximize the benefits from both methodologies.

    • TRIZ (The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving): (4 days) A course that teaches a methodology for inventive problem solving and creativity as it relates to Six Sigma. TRIZ provides participants with the tools when an "inventive" solution is needed.

    • Process Design for Six Sigma (DFSS): (5 days) A program with an emphasis on process (versus product) design with special applications for transactional processes.

  • "Our business has found BMG to be a great source of specialized
advanced training in many areas . . . The material was very useful and additive
and I've already begun referencing the material in support of some Black Belts and
Green Belts. The investment was well worthwhile."
