Lean for Manufacturing

Lean is a business method that identifies and eliminates value stream waste to achieve speed and agility at lower cost. Coupled with Six Sigma, Lean focuses improvement initiatives for maximum effect. Lean for Manufacturing is designed to help Black Belts integrate Lean with Six Sigma to accelerate change and leverage their skills.

Lean tackles waste, Six Sigma tackles variation. When coupled together, both are more effective. Lean clears the path of waste so that Six Sigma can focus on eliminating variability on the truly key processes. A number of companies have recently integrated these two powerful methods for extraordinary results. This workshop helps Black Belts take their skills and methods to the next level.
